HLNA Founding Deposit Terms and Conditions
Please read the following before completing your purchase.
- About HLNA. HLNA is a patent-pending home movement machine invented by Amy Jordan and currently in development by WundaCore LLC. The product has not yet entered manufacturing or commercial production.
- How Your Deposit Works. Your deposit will be credited in full toward the final purchase price of HLNA when your unit is ready to ship. No additional payment will be collected without advance notice from WundaCore LLC.
- Delivery Timeline. We are targeting Q1 2027 for delivery to founding members. This is our goal and we are actively working toward it. It is an estimate, not a guarantee, and is subject to change as development progresses. Founding members will be notified of any material changes to the timeline.
- Final Pricing. The retail price of HLNA has not yet been confirmed. You will be informed of final pricing before any remaining balance is due. You will never be charged without knowing what you are being charged first.
- Non-Refundable Policy. All HLNA founding deposits are non-refundable. This applies regardless of changes to the delivery timeline, final product specifications, or changes in your personal circumstances. By completing your purchase you confirm you have read and accept this policy.
- Product Development. HLNA is in active development. Final specifications, materials, dimensions, and design details may differ from renderings, descriptions, or demonstrations provided at the time of deposit.
- Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Completing your purchase confirms you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
